The lights are off.
I bought this item last June (approximately) for my new camper. I was so excited. My husband and I put them on and enjoyed them for about 3 months. We NEVER left them in bad weather, every week they were removed and stored; We only used them on weekends. This season when we hung them, there wasn't a whole department! Another section came out the next night! The people next to us have eternity (which they got at Walmart)! I am seriously disappointed with this product and unfortunately it is too late to change it. Technically, they lasted about 12 weeks and were only used on weekends. What a waste.
