Well, I'm 30 years old, I have curly hair (3A/3B curls). My mom, thank god, is extremely white (I'm mixed race) and her hair is board straight. As a child, she used ordinary brushes and combs on my hair that can be found anywhere and it never went well. I figured my hair was just unruly and not easy to manage, so I made it really short. I started growing my hair out a few years ago, but I continued to use the regular brushes I was used to and didn't like it. After several recommendations, I bought a wet brush. At first I thought a $10 brush couldn't be that much better than a $5 brush, but I don't think I've ever been more wrong in my life. This thing glides through my hair like a hot knife through butter, is easy to detangle and gives me the bouncy, beautiful curls I love so much! For the first time I can run a comb through my hair without pain! I love it so much I bought a second one to keep in the bathroom so I never have to search for it. I really love this item and if you have curly hair I would definitely recommend trying it out. Outside. I started using it in the shower to detangle my hair with conditioner and I don't think I can ever go back to life without it. I can't believe how good this is for the price and I've started recommending it to everyone I meet who is struggling with their frizzy hair!
