Review from my wife: I bought this with high expectations based on the good reviews. However, I am very disappointed. First, the bra didn't fit. I'm about 38C right now so I bought a large size but it's too tight for me even when I've just pumped and my breast is empty. I wore it for two days and because of the tightness I clogged my ducts. Secondly, the design itself is very uncomfortable. While it helps not to have holes over the nipple, there are various layers of gums that dig into the breast all the time. Third, the bra fixes the flanges on 3 sides and from these sides the flanges stick into me. This resulted in a constant tingling sensation when pumping. Basically, I wanted to save time by being able to pump straight out of the bra I'm wearing. However, the whole experience is very unpleasant and not worth it for me. I was itching to get out of my bra at the end of the day.
