I was surprised and initially confused by all the options at first. I did find a card in on of the inserts which made me understand how to use the back pack appropriately. I have worn in on one ski trip and received at least 2 separate compliments on the bag if not more. Well constructed. Takes a bit to get used to the zipper system but once it’s down you are golden. It just takes practice.
