Poor packaging results in crimped edges + creases
I’m known as "The Hat Lady”. I never go outside without a matching hat. I have dozens of them. The color + style of this straw hat is beautiful. But I have a small head + the crown of the hat is very shallow, the slightest wind blows it off. I was very unhappy with the cheap packaging, it caused crimps in the wire rim + creases in the brim + crown. I’ve steamed them numerous times, but can’t get the creases out. I’ll keep them, only because they are two colors I needed. Wouldn’t buy any more.
- Great beach hat. Large enough to provide shade, never flew off, just looked beautiful.
