Great customer service! Our project manager was always available for us when we needed him/her. The system is user friendly (and has been since day one)! It's so easy that I've actually taught my mother how to use it!! Very good interface between software vendor AND end users - no issues there at all. Nothing specific but they have continued to improve throughout our relationship. We were able to get some work done in ways not possible before. I like that they are always looking for new ways of doing things. They have been very helpful in implementing our systems into our business processes. There is nothing that we dislike about Cherokee Tech yet! We would love it if there were more training opportunities available. As far as tech support goes, all employees are friendly and knowledgeable. If you need any assistance or questions regarding your system, they will be happy to assist you.
