I have decided to order this item USED AS NEW at a lower price. The headboard of the bed was ripped off at the front panel (where you lean against) which is about 1/5 inch thick. The frame holding it together was torn apart and completely separated from the other 2/3 of the headboard. Everything was loosely held together by the thin fabric surrounding it. Since there is more than 1/3 of the headboard (this is only a half inch plywood frame with thin boards), the entire right right one collapses. Upholstery nails are not real nails. They are a combined set of nailheads that have no real "nail" at the bottom. So the plate of decorative nails came off completely due to the broken frame. I understand used. However, do not list an item as NEW that should have been removed from inventory and actually scrapped. There is no quality control for this product. Well, it was worth a try.
