We have had this printer for 2.5 years. Most of the time it has served us well. I wish the quality was better, but overall it's ok. The big problem is that now our printer won't turn on. I called HID for tech support only to find out they couldn't help me because I'm in the US and Bodno sold me a UK model. I've been trying to contact Bodno for several hours and haven't received an answer either by phone or via the chat portal on the website. I've now sent an email with fingers crossed. Bodno called me back. They wanted me to do some troubleshooting steps. Voila! It's working again. Obviously the printer doesn't like being plugged into a surge protector. The connection directly to the wall worked. I'm glad my printer is working, but I'm still confused. How can it be made in China, assembled in Texas, only sold in the UK (but actually sold to me in the US) and not serviced in the US? (Hidden words, not mine)
