Our PT Cruiser would not work with the air conditioning and would overheat from time to time. After researching the issue online, I found that a common cause of this was a fan speed. I ordered this fan from Amazon, got a much better price than any local parts store and it was shipped to my door. I only have one small complaint about the product. The edge of the plastic housing on the driver's side was slightly warped where the tab was supposed to screw in, making it very difficult to properly align and tighten the screw. It doesn't help that the location of that particular screw is difficult to access anyway. This is probably not a common problem and I'm sure I could replace this fan with a better one if it was defective, but the installation was almost complete. When I found out that a little warping would cause such a hassle, I didn't want to rip it out and put the old one back in until a replacement came along.
