We Very excited to start preparing for the birthday party.Last year it took 2 adults 90 minutes to make the garland, I did a test jump and spent less than 40 minutes on myself and made this version using small balloons. If using large balloons (standard 11") it would be twice the size of this picture. That's great! The first few balloons popped because I didn't know how strong the pump was. 11" balloons tend to stretch I don't think it made any difference to the inflation, but for 9" and 5" balloons you should definitely do it. Simply hold the neck of the balloon in one hand and the tip in the other and pull tight. This hi lft to loosen the latex so that the pump can fill it up quickly.
