Less bulky than Vans or DC, less streamlined than Addias or Puma. They always look "clean" on my son and have no logos. Sure, they wear out quicker, but they're also $20, and I ALWAYS upgrade shoes as his foot grows. They come in half sizes and I've found them to wear out (most of the time the shoes come off the white sole) just in time before the next size arrives. They machine wash well and my son says they are comfortable!
