It has helped us identify bottlenecks in our infrastructure, which we were not able resolve otherwise (we had been using tools like Pingdom). The interface makes it easy for non-technical people such as myself or my team members who are used only doing this kind task every now & then! I would love if there was an option where you can set certain threshold values by your own instead having them automatically determined depending upon how much traffic they receive/send out - maybe something similar could be done so? We use datadog alongside DPA alongside ping tests etc., but nothing really compares well when looking at all aspects together i guess because each one focuses more specifically than any other monitoring service does alone!!
