Hinges broke on arrival
The hinges on these retainer cases were broken (chipped) on arrival. The plastic molding is very thin compared to what we have in orthodontics. We emailed the seller straight away to let him know and he responded the same day. A week later, a replacement arrived at our home. According to the packaging, there should be a lifetime replacement for defective hinges. My suggestion is to make the retainer molding thicker to prevent the hinges from breaking. Many Thanks.
