Great high speed light that can be used as a transmitter for other FJ flashes. Long battery life and beautiful and stable light. However, there is a serious disadvantage for my applications. The thread on the side of the flash where I want to mount the monopod is right next to the battery. let go so that when I attach my monopod and tighten, the monopod fires to release the battery. I've run out of battery this way a few times. The leg mount also saves you a thread to attach your monopod to, but it's not as ideal because you then have a second port on the hot shoe rather than just a pod that connects to the flash. to see that this is aimed at a newer model.
