I bought this to convert my SUV to wheels. I keep it between the mattress and the sleeping bag. As an energy source, I can use my portable 12-volt power station. It really is perfect for this situation. Consumes very little energy, switches off automatically after 45 minutes, temperature is adjustable. So far I've tested in Colorado's 30 degree temperatures. I woke up in a sweat, my sleeping bag was so toasty. I look forward to using this after the snow starts falling.
