I like how easy it is to use, as well as its ability to pull data from other databases or excel files that are linked together within our system! The fact that we can easily create new forms without having an IT person involved makes this software very valuable when you have multiple locations using different systems (or even if they're all one). It's not perfect by any means; there could be some additional features added so more people would feel comfortable working with them instead of just learning about their product through word-of mouth alone. We've been able solve problems such as time tracking/payroll errors between companies because everything was located under 1 roof now.
