Not bad. Seems to help with gums and throat.
In the short term it's hard to say if this will make any real difference. The taste is ok, maybe a little better, but not outstanding. My last teeth cleaning went very well. I tried to gargle when my throat was itchy. All in all worth a try. If the placebo effect bothers you, don't complain.
