This is a seat belt buckle with seat belt clip, with ultra elastic webbing, I'm pretty flat, no real stomach or butt, but if you use the belt to hold dickies wear cargo work pants or keys and If you need tools in your pockets, you will need to adjust your belt about every 5 minutes to keep your pants taut. The way I haven't ripped this thing in half yet says it's pretty solid for a price well worth it.
