I have conflicting emotions, such as the fact that the headphones are not terrible and are of great quality (despite the fact that I am not a music enthusiast), yet I am unable to use them normally. They presented them to me as a birthday present, set up the software on the phone, and enabled the connection to the computer speedily and without incident. The sound quality is satisfactory, and the application offers noise reduction as well as control over ambient sound, which is a function that comes in handy when you want (or do not want) to be able to hear what is going on around you while you are listening to music. The equalizer, along with the preset selections it offered, was not to my liking, and I think it would be better without it. The software on the phone won't begin loading until either the back cover of the case is removed or the headphones are currently being used. Nothing helped; the ear pads still fell out, and it was impossible to walk down the street while wearing them. I tried all of the ear pads that came with the kit as well as the ear pads from my old Sony headphones. I used Xiaomi chargers in an attempt to charge my device for about half a day before I found that they were not charging at all. According to what I read on the internet, this behavior is typical for them, and they charge exceptionally well when connected to the USB port of a desktop computer or laptop.
