I chose this product after careful research into the proper methods of cleaning and polishing cowboy boots. It worked. Cleans and polishes them even better than I expected. The instructions were very easy. A convenient, tidy carry case makes storage easy. I wish the fabric that came with it was a little thicker, you can expect 5 uses of the towel before replacing it. I wish it came with a cleansing brush and one for the conditioner, but don't worry. The towel worked well. The price made it easy to buy without the hassle if the product didn't work. The product works, so there are no complaints.
