Complex locks work best for Bike locks

Complicated . We bought 2 and it is difficult to open. It's also very hard, but it's bearable. Stuck in a bike shop and nobody could open it. Finally managed to open. Make sure the key is fully inserted and needs to be rotated 180 degrees.
