This product is terrible. I still have to deal with that successfully. Not easy to use at all. Film you removed before use. Why? There is no transfer sheet. So if your design doesn't fit, good luck. I hope you saved the transfer sheet from another project. I can't even tell you how it works as I haven't had a successful project with it yet. I've been waiting to post a review because I thought I needed some practice, but I've completed several successful projects with other htv and this one won't do so far.
