UPDATE: 6/3/20. Replacement cables arrived today (TWO days earlier than stated). I've since increased the starting stars by 2; only 4 because of the speed and sincere care from the support team. As a consumer, I think nothing is more important to me than making sure I'm buying from a supplier who 100% SUPPORTS and supports their customers. And this seller (TT&C) really shows how much he values his customers. and goes pretty fast! Although there were initial issues with the product, I STILL recommend this seller and their products. And yes. My (replaced) chargers/cables work fantastic. Thanks for your help Shari! :-) I'd love to give 5 stars, but hopefully my 4 stars will help motivate the seller to improve quality control before the buyer encounters any problems. But on a good note. These cords are VERY strong and durable and I love how well they take care of packaging them so professionally! I hope my review helps. She said she personally confirmed that the new cables she's sending me really work and even provided a tracking number. I will update as soon as I receive them and confirm their functionality. What impressed me the most was the customer service. To me, that's a HUGE value. If the cables work I will remain a very loyal customer and would highly recommend them. Here is hope. I'll be back soon! :-)--------------------------------------------------(Original review ->) Unfortunately disappointed. CABLES DO NOT WORK! I am so embarrassed to leave a bad review. I even refrained from writing this review for almost 2 weeks just because I hated knowing it wouldn't be a good review for the seller. I received my 2 power adapters with charging cables very quickly, which was a very good sign (at least I thought so). . When I opened the package I was actually impressed by how well packed and tidy everything looked. The cords were actually a decent length and seemed pretty strong. However, to my dismay, one day I actually tried to use it. Then my problem appeared. The base plug seems to work fine, but the cables don't. They fit securely in my phone (which really confuses me), but what's even more confusing is that even without movement, the power cycles off and on again. Again and again. It was VERY annoying. (You know your phone beeps when you plug it into power (it keeps beeping even when it's already plugged in?!) Just to confirm that I've done some troubleshooting to get to the bottom of this issue walk. So I used the new base plug I was given, then plugged in MY OWN cable and everything worked great including the fast charge feature. ZERO problems. The most frustrating thing is that I have the same problem with BOTH cables. So the cables are definitely defective! (I don't even get the chance to use at least ONE of the charging cables, which is the most frustrating and frustrating part of it all. Now I still have to request a refund, and I absolutely don't hate having to go through the whole process of sending the item back ( all due to 2 defective cables) and waiting for a refund. So much waste of time. In the meantime I still don't have my intended reason for the purchase. Being able to use the cables to charge mine I just got a defective one Received batch or something but having a hard time convincing myself as BOTH are bad? I wouldn't recommend this item/seller ) the hassle of having to experience what I have yes. Maybe I would know not to buy these chargers if I saw someone's review saying this. Another horrible thought, eh, now I have to start a new hunt on the chargers!?!(Blah!) Why don't the cables just work. re would have made the rating much better!
