Love.! Teeth whitening

This charcoal is very good! I don't use it on my skin because it rubs off. I like to brush my teeth with it and my mouth is much cleaner. I also drink charcoal soda (lemon juice, honey, and charcoal) every morning, which helps with gas and nausea.
