I was surprised that they were fluffy. I didn't know microfiber could be fluffy. I use them and they remove my makeup. They came with no information. On the labels they had drawings that suggested: no iron is easy, and the other three are not. one was a triangle with an X - no idea what it is, the other was a square with a circle in it, I think it might be a dryer - it had an X on it. The last one looks like a tub with water - it had the number 40 on it. I've used them and washed them with laundry, but I don't put them in the dryer. The colors have not faded and they hold up well and look good.
