I bought these for my 96 year old mother who could not use her cell phone at all due to severe hearing loss. I was hoping, but doubting, that these earbuds would make even a small improvement, but to my surprise and delight, she can now hear everything loud and clear without even turning the volume all the way up! It's really life changing because she's lost the ability to keep in touch with friends and family, make and receive calls from her doctor and all the things that make life as a housebound person worth living. She no longer feels isolated from the world and isn't afraid that she won't be able to reach anyone in an emergency. Now she is so happy and I wish I had bought her sooner. The seller is fantastic and does everything to ensure the buyer is happy with the purchase. I highly recommend her and the product.
