I had a small Easter party for my daughter and wanted to make Japanese-style strawberry dessert sandwiches (essentially a shokutan bread sandwich with lightly beaten toppings and chopped strawberries) . However, since I had some sandwiches to make, I had to make them a bit early and didn't want them to dry out. I'm also a bit crazy when it comes to preparing small parties, so I wanted something that looked way better than zipped bags. Esp b/c I wasn't sure if my guests were familiar with this type of sandwich. These bags are perfect for that. They held the little sandwich halves perfectly and made sure they looked appetizing!
