These beautiful bracelets are small and simple, just what I was looking for. I got one version that is open circle and gave the other to one of my best friends who was quite tense and upset. She loved it and the saying on the card was perfect too. The bracelet itself was easy to put on and tighten, I had to cut off part of the cord because. The extra cord was quite long and annoying, but after I did that and tied the end - PERFECT! I guess the string will wear out over time, but that's to be expected, and then I just buy another one to replace :-).
