Will Not Charge best in my review

Assembly is required, even though it says otherwise) Put it together, connected all connections, connected charger, plugged it in. I checked it when I woke up, thinking it would be ready for my 22-month-old granddaughter tomorrow, to find out that it did not charge at all. Extremely disappointed on every level. I am going to try to return it.
