This is a very durable case. Definitely adds good protection around the device. It includes an integrated screen cover. I had the previous version for Gen 2 The 12.9 Pro liked it and wasn't disappointed. What can be an issue with 12.9 cases in general is the volume buttons on the side when there is a pen loading slot. The pen should its on the same side as the volume adjustment buttons, which means there must be some case feature that bridges the gap between the side of the iPad and the outside of the case. The other one I tried had a poor design, and that others had one of the buttons stuck and you had to take it apart to find it again. This one seems to be better in that regard and hasn't had any problems. The stand works fine. What it doesn't have: wrist strap, shoulder strap, pen grip, socks or foldable pouch. If you need those features then you should look elsewhere, but that's a different requirement. Buy the one that suits your personal needs. This works very well for me.
