Review on Nautica KH00F5 Anchor Knit Short: Stylish Men's Clothing with a Nautical Twist by Olusola Edwards

I have purchased this Nautica product, the product shown on the home screen and here, several times over the years. I usually buy them from Cole. When I saw them here in the picture, I bought them again. And here's the catch. The product I received is not the advertised product shown in the photo. The item I received has two distinct flaws and as such I will be returning them as they are not worth the money let alone what was advertised. 1st: The product pictured is made from a heavier fabric, probably twice the weight. The product I received is a much lighter fabric and certainly less durable. I definitely ordered the gray color pictured here because I recognize it as a product that I own and have owned before. The piece I received is about 3 inches narrower at the bottom of the leg. Yes, I compared. This undoubtedly saves significant manufacturing costs, as does the use of a lighter fabric. But who wants to wear tight shorts before bed? It's very frustrating to see a manufacturer take a great product and reduce it to second rate to increase profits. I would happily pay the difference in cost to get what was promised.
