I loved these headphones for about 4 weeks. At this point, the sound from the right earbud dropped sharply, leaving me only able to hear through the left earbud. Unfortunately, this happened a day or two after the return deadline, so I was unable to return it. I decided that working earbuds are better than none, so I kept using them... It stayed that way until a week later, when the left stopped working altogether. It doesn't even turn on. I followed the troubleshooting steps recommended by Revain but was unable to revive her. Only buy them if you have the option of getting an extended warranty.
