Set up was easy. We had an issue with a broken bracelet and contacted support. Even though it was Christmas weekend we still got a quick repeat and they sent out new straps the next day. The kids love it and have been using it almost every day ever since. It's a bit more difficult than stationary jungle gyms (especially for older kids/adults), but that only makes it harder. We also bought a climbing rope and ladder so they can go up and down from either side and they love it too. The quality seems high and we expect a long service life. I will update if that changes.
