Great products and great customer service

I have had many spare cables over the years. My first thought used to be that I was letting my phone's charging port get dirty. It never occurred to me that the cable could be the problem. Especially since I always handle my cables very carefully so as not to damage them. It wasn't until I noticed cables snapping and not working on my phone and other devices that I realized maybe the cables were the problem and not dirty or damaged connectors on the device. Finally realizing that the cables were the problem, I started buying cheap replacement cables. I found one cable just as good as the other. It's just not like that at all. There are big differences. I don't know the science behind what they do or how they do it. But I know that when the cable frays and tears and the connection is bad. After about a dozen cables, including the ones that came with my OEM devices, I decided it might be worth finding a better cable. That's when I heard about anchor cables. They say they are of good quality and claim to have a good guarantee. So I bought two. I've been using it exclusively for over a year and not only does it still work like it did when it was new, but it looks just as good as the day I got it. The second had an issue, but I contacted Anker's support and got an immediate response. I answered a few questions and they immediately sent me a replacement. Not only do Anker make really good cables, they also have great customer service. I'm not one to recommend anything to anyone, but when it comes to anchors I make an exception. The cables I have received from Anker are truly the best cables I have ever owned. I have only one negative thing to say about Anker cables. I wanted them in blue but that color wasn't on the cables I got so I went with red! Obviously, this is not a real minus. It's just my personal preference! I rarely write reviews, but I was so impressed with Anker that I felt compelled to write this one.
