This tripod was a great deal! It's lightweight, durable and affordable. If you are looking for a tripod for your phone or small camera, this is the perfect choice. However, if you're looking for something more professional that you can use with a heavier camera, this might not be what you're looking for. It has a similar setup to standard tripods that can support professional cameras (I didn't need any instructions to set it up) but it's just lighter. My iPhone has a decent camera, so I bought it to take some photos of the dresses I sell online, some headshots that don't look like selfies, and a video for my partner's social media business record, and it meets all these requirements. . The remote control is a bit strange. It only shoots in timer mode and sometimes the time fluctuates and I can't change the settings. I do see this feature as an added bonus though as it wasn't a priority feature for me - even if it didn't have a remote at all I would still highly recommend this tripod considering the price. I am very satisfied with this purchase and can only recommend it! If you don't like it, you can always return it (but not if you don't read the description)!
