We have a puppy that is a lot bigger than expected so we recently enlarged his cage and needed beds for him. These beds are terrible! They are flimsy and flimsy, and the material on one of them was torn by my dog the first time she tried to "fluff" it out to lie on. You know how all dogs do it. We sent back the unused one and only kept the other one because my dog has already slept and played on it. I like the color but expect it to fade after a few washes so that's something to consider as well. I'd say they're even worse than those cheap brown dog beds you buy at Walmart. I will say that they also appear very soft and warm. I do not recommend them to anyone and am very disappointed that AKC put their name on these dog beds. AKC has always been a company that makes very good quality products, but not in this case.
