Mixed results and no support answer

I used this product at a friend's house and then received this shampoo/conditioner as a gift and used it exclusively for a few months before buying another bottle. What I received smelled very different than the original versions I was using. The shampoo/conditioner I got didn't leave my hair that soft and the scent was so intensely floral! I wrote to the company here and directly, but never received a reply. I don't buy anymore.
