I highly recommend anyone with children to buy this from the store. I wanted to avoid stores that have everything going on so I bought this much needed item because we are playing in the garden/pool. It came without a security or safety seal. I am not sure if this product intended for my child has not been tampered with or tampered with. You would think that for a product intended for children/babies they would put some kind of security seal to avoid tampering and also to prevent it from leaking in the mail?! The one I was sent was covered in black spots and looked like it had already been used. I opened it and found that half the bottle was already empty. A complete waste of money. I'll go back and buy it at the store. I know Target sells the same thing in a larger bottle for almost the same price.
