This was my first hydration and I was very happy with it. After using it I was even happier. This is amazing stuff! The cooler kept my water nice and cold for almost two hours that I drank everything, so I'm sure it would have lasted longer. I would definitely recommend it to anyone for any outdoor activity. The only thing I didn't like was wearing the strap on my stomach when mountain biking, but that's a product issue, it's just personal preference. As for this scammer's product, I was able to tighten the straps to the point where it was flush with the bag, which was perfect.
