These are lovely chairs however my first chair arrived scratched, then my 2nd chair arrived 2 weeks later along with my 3rd. The 3rd chair was completely broken, the back was snapped in half. I am returning the 3rd chair. Still waiting for the 4th chair to arrive. This has been a very disappointing experience. Having said all thatn despite the scratches and stains the chairs are pretty. The seats are kind of hard, im hoping they will soften once they're broken in. They are fairly easy to put together (or at least it was for my husband ).
