Actually causing my neck pain
The massage area is made of mesh and is scratchy and uncomfortable on my neck. I just don't understand why mesh was chosen from all the soft parts. I felt good on my back but my neck hurt because of the fabric and it really hurt my neck. If they used a softer fabric, even denim would be a better choice.
