They do NOT flicker!

I bought another set of these bulbs from another manufacturer and within 1 day each of them started flickering. After a month of strobing rave lights in my truck, I decided to replace them all with these Kafeek bulbs. These lamps are not as bright as previous LEDs with flicker problems, but have not shown any flicker problems to date. I say "not as bright" compared to the previous manufacturer's ULTRA bright LEDs, they are not dimmable and give enough light for the door and license plate lights. I will update this review over time.
