I used these for my son, his winter boots were quite roomy compared to his sisters and I wanted something larger to keep his feet warm. They kept his feet warm during long hours of playing in the snow. They also went well over his thick toe boots, he really needed help putting them on so they didn't twist as he put them on. Has worked fine for us.
