My arm and wrist have been hurting for a while so I decided to try this brace. I didn't want it to be too bulky, I needed something light because I still had to type while I was working. Includes two left and right hand holders. The quality looks good. My arms sometimes swell and it stretches to fit comfortably. Velcro is also good and strong, definitely recommended.
