I bought several charging cables simply because of poor quality. I have a charger for my car and ended up thinking of buying one that had the charging cable separate from the cigarette lighter component so I only had to replace the charging cable. However, the part that goes into the phone never fitted snugly and so there were times I assumed my phone was charging when nothing happened and the connector eventually broke for good. This replacement cable is well designed and fits snugly and the length is just right for my needs. This could very well be the last charging cable I buy and I highly recommend it to those of you who are equally frustrated by the junk that most companies produce.
