Two stars because shoes look and feel good. Unfortunately, one shoe had a stain from the floor. When I tried to exchange them for an equally clean pair, I couldn't. Instead, they offered me a loan. The credit was processed very quickly and I decided I could just use the credit to order the shoes. The only problem is that the shoes are now $30 more expensive. It seems they price shoes the same as airplane seats. The less inventory, the more expensive the seat. The same shoes, half a size smaller, cost $40 less, but only one pair my size remained. Who does it?
