I like the fact that it's easy to create learning paths for my employees, and there are several customization options to fit each employee's needs. The interface is very user-friendly. There can be some lag time between when you click on something and when the program actually processes it. I would recommend this system because it has some great features and is an overall good product. It allows us to see what our employees know, as well as where they have gaps. This helps us plan training opportunities and make sure our employees stay up to date with information.
