Review on 🏸 Patiassy Portable Badminton Set: Carbon Fiber Rackets, Professional Net, Feather Shuttlecocks for Outdoor Fun by Sean Santhanam

This kit arrived 3 days ago but it was raining so we haven't been able to install it to date. 2 out of 4 racquets arrived with cracks (see picture) where string holes were drilled. I don't know how long they will last as one side of the frame is already cracked. For the price I would have expected a little better quality when it arrived broken. But the grid is really good. My daughter (13) and I were able to install it ourselves fairly quickly, and the tension-increasing handle on the top of the net is a nice addition compared to similar nets. The net feels sturdy and is a good size for playing in the garden. I was thinking of returning the whole set after finding cracked racquets but I think I'll keep it due to the quality of the net and contact the seller about the broken parts. I will update the review after contacting customer service. Update: I sent a message to support about racquet cracks, they replied (even over the weekend) and found a way to fix the problem asap. I appreciate the understanding and effort of the customer service representative who I have had the pleasure of working with. At the highest level. Since a few more days have passed and the network has become much more widespread, I can say that it has not moved at all. The upper doesn't sag at all and everything feels solid and secure.
