4.5/5 stars: The best thing about this product is the customer service - the seller is responsive and willing to work with you if there is any problem - my center console wasn't exactly to my liking; The seller adjusted the fit with me and sent me a replacement within 3 days. I installed the red/black combo on my Model Y (the front seats and console are the same as the Model 3, the rear seats are different so I didn't buy them). Installation takes closer to 2 hours if you want to do it right (make sure you watch videos alongside the paper instructions); The only reason I give 4/5 stars (closer to 4.5 stars) is that sometimes the driver's seat sides slide out of the plastic gaps depending on how you get in or out of the car - your booty may move force it in from the outside, but gently push it back into the gaps. Overall, the colors are solid, easy to clean, and I'd say more comfortable than the OEM seats due to the extra cushion - I just took a trip from NorCal to SoCal; Compared to my last ride without these covers, my wife and I would say this product offers more overall comfort (and definitely peace of mind that spills or stains won't affect the original OEM seats).
