The content of the book is very good. However, for your information, it was printed with non-environmentally friendly inks. The smell was so strong I had to leave it outside to air it out. My nose burned after an hour of reading. I am sensitive to chemicals so other people may not have this problem but if you are sensitive too, be careful. It's been so long since I've received a book printed with this type of ink that I forgot it could be a problem.
